Bad service

Woolworths Richards bay bad service at its best.so today I was at the store for shopping the cashier damaged the dress that was the last size after that she told me to take a size bigger then also go to customer service to do a exchange of which she had an attitude. Why was I supposed to go to the customer service yey she is the one who damaged my correct size and I had to take a bigger size .
