Bad service

I am very disappointed with Woolworths, i have received a lot of SMS's and emails regarding my account being overdue, yet i have paid. I have paid the June month as well as July month, the only difference is that i paid early than the normal dates which makes it a crime. They do not check first without sending out messages and accusing their clients with all of this which may also dent my credit record.
