Bad Service

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I ordered shoes online yesterday morning. Paid for same day delivery to which my shoes are still not delivered and the invoice stated they will be delivered between 8am and 5pm today. It is almost half past five and still no delivery. I called twice and spoke to James of the online team and he says it is out for delivery and nothing can be done as there is no communication with the driver. My problem is woolworths did not honor their promise of same day delivery I'm being told nothing can be done even though the delivery is out of stipulated time by you. I basically paid for a service that is non existent. How is possible that the a whole woolworths does not have any communication with thier courier service?....and to be told nothing can be done is what upsets me most. I need for woolworths to explain to me what same day delivery means, they clearly don't know what they are doing. My order number: ***
