Bad service

On 14 March 2016, I had the unfortunate experience of buying an item, only to find it was never placed in my bag (after paying for it). Under normal circumstances, I am the person that says this kind of thing happens at checkers, not woolworths. Upon returning to the store, the person who made the mistake, just passed me and without an apology gave the item in question to the person who received the complaint.
