Bad service

On the 2nd March I got an sms that advised me to go get a voucher from the shop as much as it stated the ID ,the drivers licence is also considered to be a form of an ID in so many other places .Why is woolworths different?I went to woolworths on the 8th to redeem my voucher and the grief that they gave me all because I had my drivers and not the ID book ,really now.I was not there to get a loan but to redeem a voucher.Your policy is outrageous.
