Bad service

I have been trying to talk to someone at customer service woolworths at east rand mall with no luck. The phone rings on this number *** and when they put me through to customer service they dont pick up the phone at customer service. I called twice today (26 Feb 2016) and waited +_ 10min for the phone to be picked up at customer service and they didnt. No one bothered to ask what am i looking for can they check for the pants at customer service and call me back. It's bad service for one not to pick up the phone why do you have it.
