Bad service

I had a pair of shoes I got from someone and they were way to big for me. I went to customer service in Tygervalley to first see if I could swop them for aomething else. I didn't want to go choose something and than get to the counter and than be told I couldn't swop them. So we get to the customer services and the lady says sure go pick something else. I then spend alot of time picking something else and go back to swop only to be told of sorry they last years stock and I can't swop them. That is specifically why i went to ask in the first place! It was such a waiste of time!
