bad service

i received my woolworths credit card more than a month ago. everything fine and fica fine. a week ago i received a sms saying that my proof of address is not fine. went immediately to the tygervalley branch to sort it out and everything was in order. yesterday when i tried to use my card there was a block on it for fica reasons. i phoned ww head office and speak to Shahier very helpful but problem not solved yet. and i need to draw money urgently.
