bad service

I am so disappointed with woolworths I did an online grocery shopping on Friday and I opt for it to be delivered on Saturday of which never happened. I haven't received any communication from them explaining why the didn't deliver as promised. Am so disappointed with their service in such a way that am thinking of even to cancel the whole order and go somewhere were I will be valued as a customer
