BAD SERVICE

having been a regular at the woolworths cafe in virgin active constantia, constantia mall and cavendish square for a long time - i have to say i am so disappointed at the way your general service has declined. the waiters / waitresses are still great - but the management and behind the counter - well - no words can describe that. today was the last straw - nearly 35 minutes wait for food - breakfast that is - whilst people around me got served and they had come in after me. the manager - who i went up to the counter to complain about everything - instead of dealing with it straight away - then follows me back to my seat to apologise - which is a complete waste of time - she should first have followed up with my order and come back to me with a concrete answer. then when the food came about 45 to 50 minutes later - my food was completely cold - yes the plate was hot - but my food cold - my partners food was fine - and all we had was breakfast. .... i would really like to carry on supporting the cafes - but wow - you need to jack up your service people and the customer should come first
