Bad service

We order a package online to be delivered as a GIFT on 15 June 2020. Order no: O***. The package has been delivered, but no price tags was removed, the letter attached with the order was not in the package an the flowers we order was substituted with other flowers without informing us. Send several messages on messenger and the standard answer "they experience high volumes of inquiries" Today is 26 June and no one cared to follow up.
