Bad Service

I was shopping at the Sandton branch, while trying on the shoes my phone was ******, when I asked the security if there can check the cctv monitors they refused to assist and kept telling me there's no point because the person who took it must have left the shop already. I'm highly disappointed in the manner they handled my situation.
