Bad service

I normally have no problem with Woolworths, but the service we got yesterday afternoon at the Preller branch in Bloemfontein was less than impressive. We wanted some pies and there was no one at the counter to assist. Eventually my husband asked who was supposed to help us, and the woman started shouting for Martha to come and help us. Instead of coming out, Martha just kept shouting back "WHAT?" as if someone was annoying her. When she came out, my husband asked her whether she shouldn't worry a bit more about helping the customers, but she had a huge attitude and would not admit that it was wrong to let customers just stand there for however long suited her. We felt she was rude and she just kept saying she did nothing wrong. We asked for the manager, and she kept telling the other lady to call him but the other lady just stood there and said she doesn't know where he is and no one would make any effort to call him. Martha was very confident that nothing would happen to her because of her bad attitude, because she seemed very happy for us to post to Hello Peter since they wouldn't call the manager for us to speak to.
