Bad service

What a bad service I got from Centurion mall customer service desk today... I told these two ladies that I'm returning the items that my friend bought for me because they don't fit and she lost the slip, instead of them addressing the issue properly they gave me a stinking attitude and even imp**** that my stuff maybe ****** I've never been this hurt I even cried when I got home.... I'm never ever setting my foot to that store if this is the treatment I'm gonna get.... I'm ****ed to the max
