Bad service

I went to Woolworths in Eastgate on the 31st of May 2019. I wanted to buy a black school blazer for my son. I couldn't get the right size in the school department. So I went to a counter as there was no one to assist me at that time in the school department. I was then assisted by Mahlatse the cashier who seemed uninterested to help me. I asked her if the size I'm looking for is available in store. She told me no, I then asked her to check in other malls that can have the size. She confidently told me that the Glen mall has them and I asked her to check East rand mall. But she told me that the Glen mall has it. So i then go to the Glen Woolworths and to my shocking surprise when I got there, they didn't have size and the lady that was assisting me checked and told me that Eastgate branch has the blazers , they actually have 3 blazers . My petrol going to the Glen mall for something that isnt there. I am really disappointed about how one of your employees can lie about such. My time and petrol wasted for someone who didn't want to do their job. Its so sad that service in this country is detoriating. I hope that Mahlatse doesn't do this to another client. I might have a car to go around but it can also happen to someone who uses public transport. Regards Nthabi.
