Bad service

Good evening

My order has not been delivered.Order number ********** 698.Apparently the courier delivered/ gave it to person called Mandisa on Saturday which I don't know and the invoice states clearly that no deliveries on weekends.Spoke to Lunique and she said it will be delivered on the 20/05/2019.I did not get joy from the consultants until Donovan spoke to me and still he can deliver the dress.I am disappointed in woolworths service..Kindly ask the courier where they delivered the dress and get Mandisa arrested.The courier must also account as they are bringing woolworths into disrepute. I don't want a refund but the dress..My e-mail address is **********
