Bad service

I had to collect my store card (replacement) at woolworths East Rand Mall. I got there there was no one to assist and was told to come back the next day. An sms sent to me to collect the card did not specify collection hours, why must I then drive back to East Mall for collection again in this expensive petrol? and waste my time again?
