Bad Service

I went to the store today 18 Sept 2015 to buy a few clothing items only to be told sorry you can't buy with an expired temp card I have made payments using this temp card. My account is up to date I have made payments on time no issues yet I can't use my account for 7 days I am very unhappy with the service received. I don't understand why I have to wait 7 days when It's not within my control that I never got my card and this account has been active 3 month.
