Bad service

Im disgusted by the attitude I got from a staff member at the Woolworths at East rand mall. The lady actually made me walk through all the departments to look for the t-shirt I wanted to exchange with, which was her department by the way, were as I was refered from another Woolworths that they had stock of this t-shirt. Is this the way that Woolworths trains their staff?
