Bad service

My sister in law opened a Woolworths account 2 months ago.she received a temp card by the store and has been using the card while waiting for her card to come. she went to the Richards bay store yesterday to buy and they refused her as the temp card had expired. she then made a big fuss at the store asking she is her card coming as its been two months and no one could tell her when its coming. she then asked for another temp card to use until she receives her card. they refused her again and said she has to wait. what bad service that you have to wait 2 months for a card and now she cannot even use this account. I am def posting this on Facebook so that people can see the bad service Woolworths Richards bay is providing.
