bad service

Two months back. i went to Woolworth's Maponya mall to print out my Store card, however i was told that the machine was not working and they said i must come back again. I went and they told me that they will post my Card "VIP" i didnt even understand that

this is really inconveniencing me because i cant pay my account and i cant buy anything because i dont have a store card

im really not happy with this service
