Bad Service

I opened a Woolworths account over 3 months ago.I was given a temp card to use initially that is only valid for 30 days. 2 months more and I still do not have my store card and cannot use my account.It is paid before time and paid triple the amount due.

I am receiving pathetic service.

They informed me to go into the store and get a temp and the store Manager says they cannot give me one.

The customer care division and the stores customer care have all different opinions and methods .

I am to date still not helped
