Bad Service

Why have a option to Reserve a DELIVERY SLOT when they deliver hours later its really pointless. Also i ordered things online two days prior to delivery date and on the day they tell me they don't have the products in stock. When I called the call center one of the ladies laughed sarcastically when i asked a question.
