Bad service

My cellphone was ****** at WW greenstone and when I reported it to management immediately after it happened they said they can’t show me footage as only the police can get it. The police contacted them and they said I must check the footage and they still say only the police can get the footage. How do they know it is me if I don’t see the footage? How can the police do their job if they hold back the footage?nothing was done to help me on Saturday when I reported the theft to WW management.
