Bad service

Today I went to your store in Four ways Trinery section to exchange a gift, the 3 ladies that worked there were unhelpful and rude. They asked for a receipt told them I don't have coz that was a gift - no one was willing to help. Worse I drove all the way from Soweto for **** service
