Bad service

Woolworths Balitto Junction has the worst service ever. I ordered shoes from the Woolworths Richards bay branch to which I was promised it would get contacted in two weeks. Week 3 I called the store to check on the shoe and rhey had not even been ordered. The lady who assisted me ordered the shoes from another branch, yet again I was promised 2 weeks, at the end of week 2 I called. 1. The phone was hardly answered when it did get answered the lady said she would look and get back to me, I had to call them back after an hour, to which I was told the lady was on an Hours lunch. I was on hold for 7 minutes while the were looking for the shoes, later told they would call me back and dropped the call. Still waiting for them to call me back till now. TERRIBLE SERVICE
