Bad Service

I went to Woolworth in Germiston at 13:45 pm to do a lay bye and was told i came in very late as lay byes were done by 13:30 pm. Was only allowed to do cash purchase. Because i was not happy about that i asked to speak to the manager and she told me that she will deal with this matter internally and will give me a call. Received a missed call from her the following day and called her back. She said she will call me back when the lady who told me to come some other time is available but till now nothing. This came as a shock to me as the door was still open and also gave me the thought that only cash transactions are important in the store.
