Bad service

I went to Woolworths West Coast Village,wanted to show the manager a ready meal that wasn't up to standard (fats & oils coagulated) and was given a paper serviette to write my details on ! When I asked if she didn't have anything else to write on ( like a piece of paper, or notebook ) she said no.Have of course never heard from them.
