Bad service

I am not happy with Woolworths at Phuthaditjhaba branch. I went to change to my shoes last week i was sent back home to come the next week since the manager was not available.<br> <br> The staff member by the name of Puse Nkhabu was very rude with me and she send me to Portia, she also told me she cannot exhange as she is not the deciding person.<br> <br> I then went to the shop again today to speak to the manager Meme Mokoena, she also told me that she cannot refund or exchange the shoes, i need to go and try them back at home or give one of my family members. I am a customer for woolworths and i believe she doesnot have the right to tell me what to do with the shoes. she told that if she exchanges the shoes she will pay from her salary. She kept on saying please read the back of your receipt and she read to me. <br> <br> I left the branch without my shoes and very unhappy with the service from woolworths.<br> <br> As the customer i believe i have the right to exchange the goods if i am not happy with the quality.<br> #Woolworths.
