Bad service

Rosebank woolworths I use almost every day but their service is bad. Today I went to pay at cosmetic teller wow two woolworths employees told me the person working at the teller is on lunch I must go pay at other teller points while they are both standing and doing the same people that assisted me before at the same teller point. I had to go around and spend more than 15 minutes waiting to pay at the customer service teller point. I always fill in a survey Rosebank woolworths is the worst when it comes to service
