Bad service

Dear Hello Peter.<br> <br> kindly note that I was send an invitation card by Woolworths store which I really considered taking three months back but till today am still waiting for my store card yet am paying the monthly installment but I cannot buy as I have been waiting for ever for them to send me a store card, at some point I was using a voucher but it was also blocked because I requested a card which I have been waiting for three months back .<br> <br> Kindly assist I think they are way of doing things is not fair.<br> <br> Regards<br> Innocentia
