Bad service

I called WW Eastgate on Friday 10th July and spoke to Louisa in ladies footwear.<br> She promised to keep a pair of boots for me and I said I would come in on Saturday morning.<br> I arrived at about 10.30 am and the boots had not been kept for me.<br> I don't live near the store and it was a waste of time, petrol and money.<br> I would like Louisa to be reprimanded and some action taken against her.<br>
