Bad service

Good afternoon I trust that you are well. I bought a school shoe at Woolworths Claremont on the 29/08/2020@ 17:09.

I returned the shoe and they are refusing to take it back saying it’s damaged.

How is it that the shoe is not even a month with me then it’s damaged. They refusing to take it.
