Bad service

<p>im strugling to get to speak to the correct person who deals with missing paymemts that is not reflecting on my loan account.i already sent to numerous email addresses all the missing payments an no one id coming back to me and if i contact them no one can assist and just give more email addresses.this is redicolous service.my account shoulc have been paid in full now and onlh to realise i kerp on paying ancnin the meantime there ix misding payments.</p>
