BAD SERVICE

<p>On the 26th of March 2017 I visited Woolworth at The Grove mall in Pretoria, I was with a friend buying clothes for our kids, there was section where kids clothes were 65% off sale, then a friend decided to take few items for her son we then went to the till to pay, only to find out that some kids clothing are marked down to 1 cent I therefore went back to take more for my daughter we went back to the till, a till lady whom didn't have a name tag refused to help me she said she wont let me pay for those items because its not fair we knew that those 1 cent items are on sale, I politely responded to her that how would I know that the items are on sale meanwhile they have a tag of R120.00 ,she said because my friend bought for her son first then it means we saw that some items are actually 1 cent though there was no tag for that 1 cent shes talking about , on the other hand she is giving us an attitude, NB: the clothes I took were totally different to what my friend bought for her son, remember I am buying for a girl. she made up her mind that she is not going to allow us to buy those items.</p> <p>She then left us there unattended saying she going to call her manager, the lady took forever she flippen wasted our time we waited for almost 25 minutes for her no one cared to help us,as patient as I was she came back with her manager by name of Virgy, I explained to her manager of what happened while I was busy talking she interferes my conversation with her boss. When I ask her again to give me a valid reason on why am I not allowed to buy clothes that are on sale, her response was because my friend bought for her son first then I went to take more for my daughter according to her its not allowed for 2 people who are walking together to buy clothes that are on sale, which was ******* I have not heard that before, she again said that I wouldn't understand Woolworth rules I asked her to show me where they put a board or sign telling people that when 1 person buy clothes that are on sale then the next person cant buy, if we are together. I was so frustrated with the service she gave me and I am still going to take this matter further, only her manager apologized and gave us the clothes, we paid what we had to pay and left the store. On the other hand there was no apology from her she didn't even care, even now I am asking myself why dint she allow me to buy and pay things that I want??? or is it because they are on sale or she wanted to take some home with her??? I have no idea at all. Her attitude was stingy.</p>
