Bad Service

<p>I went to Woolworths at King Shaka International Airport.</p> <p>I ordered a iced coffee as I do every single morning. </p> <p>The till lady and male Baristas are always fantastic and always n</p> <p>know what I want as I am a regular customer as I work at the airport.</p> <p>I ordered a skinny Frosted Latte. I do not order a skinny Latte to lose weight, itis because other milk makes me extremely ill.</p> <p>I heard the Barista ( female) tell the tellar that she doesnt have skim milk and is too lazy to go fetch. She even poored the milk basically in the fridge so that I would not see. When she passed me the Frosted Latte I asked if it was skim milk and she said yes (I never had to check this in the past) She looked at me and said yes and I new she was lying, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I had about 3 sips and have been vilantly ill all morning! To me this is unacceptable. I buy atleast 1 clothing item from Woolworths every week. I buy all my make up at woolworths every month. I do all my food shopping at Woolworths. If the Airport doesn't have what I need I always drive from Umdloti to Umhlanga for groceries to cleaning products to wine to toiletries. Even the Umhlanga staff know me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I look forward to hearing from you</p>
