bad service

<p>Paid my acount on time just to come find out I didnt make a payment in store had to phone up and down and sent statements and slips and wasting my airtime and embaris my self at the till point after being said I had incificent funds after phoned again just to askbif my email was recieved they said problem was found at the store service sucks bigtime.</p>
