bad service

<p>On friday the 14 october 2016 went to customer service to request a temporary card they told me my account is in arrears by R100.00 of which I paid they told me it will reflect after 24 hours then I will get my card ....on sunday 16th october I went back same dept ..they told me they cant issue my card as it is managers discretion to do it .....the same lady who helped me on friday now its sunday she is telling me a diff story why didn't she tell me same day I wouldn't have waisted my time running after the temporary card ...what is she doing at customer service if she doesnt know what she is doing .....im not happy at all with the service </p>
