Bad Service

<p>We came across a very rude lady by the name of Zanele who's cashier,my partner gave her his Woolworths card to pay for the items we've taken Zanele asked my partner if he was gonna pay using the card and stood up with card without saying anything he kept us waiting for about 20minutes going around the store.</p> <p>It later came in my mind that she's suspecting us we're ********* maybe by the way we're were dressed because it was a Friday and we were dressed casual,she later came with some l;ady by the name of Mokgadi who also had attitude and who was not willing to help so as puzzled as we were Mokgadi came with a guy who we were told he's a manager by the name of Ronnie who came and told Zanele to suspend our purchase and help other customers whilst he kept us standing on the side and only then he explained that my partners card number are invisible he will call the head office to verify if it's really him even thought he had his drivers license but we comp**** he went to some room and kept us waiting for another 30minutes and called us to say he could not pick up his account number my partner then asked that he's kept us waiting for 30minutes to call head office and was then giving us a different information we were actualy investigated and suspected of ***** ,this is very offensive because I did my research with other Woolworths branches and they advised that in such case a customer would be given a temporaly card to make a purchase whilst applying for a new card.</p> <p>We're very angry of being considered ********* &**********,I'm taking this matter further.</p> <p>I want Woolworths to give us all the purchase free and apology gift for the time wasted nad deformation of character .</p> <p>Ronnie.Zanele and Mokgadi should get training of customer service ,they not good at it I know there's ********** but you don't show cusmtomer you're suspect them or make ot pretty obvious like they did,the embarassed us in front of other customers and staff.</p> <p>I want urgent feedback,my partners id number is : ********** 155084</p> <p> </p>
