Bad Service

<p>I went to Woolworths in Westgate mall at Roodepoort to exchange my daughter's school shoes. I went to customer service kiosk and I was told they can't help they'll call the manager, she came with an attitude and I told her that my daughter has worn the shoes for a day and according to my knowledge I know that Woolworths has a six months policy that a customer can return the item as long as its in good condition. The lady didn't want to hear my story she didn't even ask for a receipt, her attitude it's not right as a Woolies employee and I will never set my foot again at Woolworths wesgate.</p>
