Bad service

<p>I bought genuine leather sandals at Woolworths in Mosselbay on the 21st of December 2016, I only had them on maximum 4 times when early February I had them on to school and then rhey broke between the toes...I wrote and sent several complaints and emails to them asking them what am I to do because genuine leathet not supose to break or tear so fast...until today I have not heard a word, received an email or nothing from them. I think it is very bad service!!! </p>
