Bad service

<p>On the 8th July I went to Woolworths Fevival mall,I wanted to lay by boots as they had a lay by board outside the store.when I got to the customer service department a lady that was assisting me said they don't have lay by anymore until further notice.</p> <p>That to me felt like they misleading customers because they still had the board that stated that they accept lay by.I was so disappointed at their service and did not want to argue.</p> <p>Woolworths should just stop laying to it's customers.they should have removed the board from the door.they just not professional.</p>
