Bad service -
<p>order no ********** 046 of R2 203.00 was requested on 26.6.2017 for delivery on Saturday 01.07.2017. The order was for 5 shirts and 2 ties and only 1 shirt was delivered on Saturday, since then I have made several calls to the call centre to be told that there was a problem with the courier? what ever the reason may be surely this case should be escalated and dealt with on Monday. I have just called again...this is truely shocking!</p>
Okay just received a call advising me that the delivery was done on the 01.07.2017 once again I pointed out that my concern is that there is an incomplete order! The consultant was unaware of this incomplete order and requested time again for further investigation...Today is the 4th July delivery should have been 1 July??
