Bad service

Am so so disappointed with customers service I got I ordered flowers on the 29.12.2020 to be delivered on the 2nd Jan 2021but I was not delivered only delivered on the 7th Jan 2021 on top of everything flowers was not fresh and I send an email with the Pic of the flowers to show bad service I got but guess what no one came back to me
