BAD RECORDS

So everybody knows that most of us get paid early in December. Being a good user that I am I made payment before middle December to all my accounts. I started receive threatening sms and emails that my account is in arrears and overdue. When I phoned all I got was: it is our system and unfortunately the payment was calculated to the balance and not for the month of January. This is pathetic to say the least! Now I am being penalized for your system just because you couldn't set your system to payments made in December for January and now I have to make a double payment. Ridiculous!
