Bad Quality - Woolworths

I have bought more than 5 times potato salad from Woolworths with the same problem that the potato was hard, now for the 6th time this weekend I bought again from a different Woolworths and had the same issue, I also bought a box of naartjies some of the naartjies were rotten, this is really not acceptable and such bad quality with such high prices, the potato salad is not cheap either very expensive.
