Bad quality Shoes

I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter 5 months ago , she had it on once and the studs started falling off , I never kept the slip so I could not take it back , the shoes still looks new but after she wore it 3 times most of the studs and flowers are off , I am disappointed cause I never thought Woolworths would sell such a bad quality pair of shoes ,I now have to run at a loss due to not having a slip , surely they can see when the stock came in and just replace the shoes. Not a very happy customer
