BAD QUALITY OUTPUT

Good day I have recently purchased a twin set of pyjamas for my daughter. The one pair has a quality issue(hole at the collar & loose cotton on the finishing)I returned and was told I must return both pairs of pyjamas.Now my question is it was not my error for the bad workmanship and now i am being told that I must return bot pairs of pyjamas to process exchange on the system(again, not my problem)However, i am now required to go back to the store with both pairs for an error actioned on you end.
