Bad quality of walkmates school shoes and woolies somerset mall staff.

I bought a pair of school shoes in march by woolies online complaint about the quality 17/11/23 as school shoes is broken and the lady from woolworths somerset mall with the name Carlin refuses to help me with an exchange as she can see that the shoes is poor quality and never breaks within a 9month period of buying now they want to tell me about 6 months quality defect but its visible that its poor quality shoes as i am a loyal customer of woolies but this just shows me that i cant make use of their product anymore and the lady wasnt very helpful and she had an attitude with me.
