Bad quality of products
<p>I would like to express my disappointment with Woolworths and their product.</p> <p>I was bought a pair of David Jones size 40 trousers (I usually wear a size 38-40) by my wife. When fitting them at home they were way to small.</p> <p>I then exchanged it for a size 42 which was quite loose fitting but fine nonetheless. While at work, the zip failed and I am sure you can Imagine my embarrassment as I deal with clients all day.</p> <p>I then, trusting the quality of your products again exchanged them for another pair of the same style of which after wearing them twice the zip also failed.</p> <p>I feel very let down by the quality as well as the feedback (or lack thereof) from Woolworths.</p> <p>So three pairs of trousers NOT ONE living up to my expectations</p> <p>I lodged a complaint on your website, heard nothing and the next email I get was asking how I would rate the service received from Pamela Stamper. I was astounded as I had not received as much as an email. She must be sitting there closing calls all day long without speaking to a single client. Needless to say, I scored her zero.</p>
